Fri, 4 May 2007 ![]() In this series, we will discuss some of the key differences between Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer marketing. We will focus on the challenges, processes, and technologies for implementing a best practice approach to marketing, for those companies that sell to other companies (B2B), and for businesses that sell through other businesses to consumers (what is commonly called B2B2C companies.) We will also look at some case studies of Extraprise customers that illustrate some of these key challenges and best practices. In this first podcast in the series, we will take a brief look at several investment areas for B2B marketers and then analyze each of these areas in greater detail in upcoming presentations.
